Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
  • To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (photos/videos)
  • Replacements will be dispatched once the original item is returned & inspected.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

Note: items must be unused, in original condition & packaging, with tags intact, to qualify for a refund or replacement. Shipping costs for returns/replacements may apply unless the fault is ours.
